It started with a dog at the park
A toddler hides behind his dad's legs because a dog is running around. That evening the dad wanted one thing: to show his son, before the next walk, that the dog was a friend. He did not want a lecture or a cartoon animal. He wanted his son, in his own park, meeting the dog and being fine.
That first story worked. He watched it three times and pointed at the screen saying his own name. The next weekend he reached out one finger to a labrador. We built SunnyClips so any parent could do the same for any moment: brushing teeth, the first day of school, a new baby, the dark.
Every story is made from scratch for one child. Their face from one photo, the room they live in if you want it, a voice you pick, and an ending where they did it.
What we believe
Kids learn from seeing themselves
A child builds their idea of who they are from what they watch themselves do. A story where they did the hard thing gives them the other side.
The motivation should come from them
Forcing works once. A story they ask to watch again does the reminding, so you are not.
Short beats long
A story is 30 to 60 seconds. Watch it together, then it ends. There is no next video to ask for.
A child's photo is the most private thing you can give us
We treat it that way. It lives in a private folder under a random file name, encrypted, and it is deleted the minute you say so.
