Question 1

Is this a one-time payment?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You pay once per story, and the video and storybook are yours to keep. No subscription.

Question 2

How fast is instant delivery?

Accepted Answer

Under 2 minutes. You can close the tab. We'll email you when it's ready, and it's saved in My stories.

Question 3

Does this increase screen time?

Accepted Answer

Each video is 1 to 1.5 minutes, shorter than one cartoon episode. It also comes with a free storybook you can print, so your child keeps enjoying the story off-screen.

Question 4

What if the video looks weird?

Accepted Answer

You'll know before you pay. You watch the full story and meet your child's 3D hero, the exact character who stars in the final video.

Question 5

How does the printable book work?

Accepted Answer

Every story includes a free storybook starring your child. Open the story, tap Book, then download, share or print it at home.

Question 6

Can I use this for two kids or more?

Accepted Answer

Yes, up to 5. Choose how many videos on the story page. Each child gets their own video, starring as the hero.

Question 7

Is my payment and data secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, so we never see or store your card details. Your personal data is never sold.

Question 8

Are our photos kept private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your photo is used for one thing only: creating your child's 3D hero. We never sell it or post it anywhere.

Question 9

Will it look like my child?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Their 3D hero is built from their own photo, and you meet it for free before you pay anything.
